Business Co-Ordinator

We are seeking a Business Co-Ordinator to support our engagement with major global brands.

Grant Fit Out give our clients, customers and staff an exciting, memorable experience of their brand through the brilliant physical and digital environments we create.

This new position will coordinate tasks between different departments to support the company’s growth across Ireland, the UK and Europe.  With a key focus on brand experience for our team, clients and partners, this role will involve exciting strategic projects.

The Role

  • Coordinate tasks between departments
  • Manage and develop ISO Accreditations
  • Monitor company CPD hours
  • Manage training records
  • Support with travel arrangements.
  • Assist with processes and procedures
  • Provide business support where needed

The Person

  • Desirable: 2-3 years’ experience working in a support/co-ordinator role for a fit out company in retail, office space & construction
  • Degree qualified in construction, business or administration-related discipline, or demonstrate an equivalent level of experience
  • Knowledge and experience in ISO’s
  • Understanding of systems & processes
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive can-do attitude
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, attention to detail & communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and quality management systems
  • A collaborator and team player
